Liberty House offers several levels of care to meet people wherever they are in recovery, including partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient (OP) programs. For those who need more support before starting outpatient care, the team can help with referrals to trusted detox and residential programs. Every client works closely with a case manager and has access to an on-staff psychiatrist for ongoing clinical and mental health support.

Learn how to Manage Triggers with Confidence

The clinical team takes the time to understand each client’s experiences, challenges, and goals so care feels personal and purposeful. Using science-backed therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches, clients learn practical tools to manage triggers and create lasting change. The program also includes family therapy and relapse prevention planning, recognizing that recovery affects more than the individual.

Recover in a Place that Feels Real, Not Clinical

At Liberty House, the environment is designed to help people feel at ease from day one. The spaces are thoughtfully arranged to make conversations and connections feel natural. Clients can settle into rooms that feel clean and modern with areas to relax before or after sessions. Everything about the setting helps people feel safe enough to open up and do the work of recovery.

Strengthen Recovery for the Long Run

Recovery doesn’t stop when the program does—it grows through consistency and community. Liberty House provides structured aftercare, including ongoing check-ins, relapse prevention planning, and access to support groups. Clients aren’t left to figure things out alone; they have a team that helps them navigate real-life challenges with confidence.
