This facility is the reason I am living a drug and alcohol free life today. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my treatment experience was a positive one. I will be forever greatful to everyone who was involved in helping me.

Absolutely awful experience. Staff had my daughter come in on a Friday, which was a mistake. Also, they did not take her phone, as they had said they would during the family blackout period. They understood she was to stay in sight of staff and did nothing about that. She ended up lost in a dangerous part of the city, taking a ride from a stranger while in a very bad mental space. They never should have accepted her, promised that their next site was better equipped to help her, and it was not at all. Very sketchy, from what I can see. And highly unresponsive. Less than a day of potential help. And took the full out-of-network deductible from me "just in case" up-front. Apparently, "just-in-case" means you'll never hear from them again. My daughter is still in need of rehab and absolutely no longer trusts the process.

Review from Rehabs.com

We were completely misled as to the ability of this treatment facility to help our daughter. We were assured that the team was completely capable of handling her recovery, while in reality that was not the case. The main treatment center presented in the photos was not an accurate representation at all. It is not well maintained and was very unclean. The staff was very nice, but clearly was more interested in getting us signed up and insurance paid than working to get a treatment plan in place. We do not recommend this facility to anyone with predominantly mental health conditions.
