New Mind Wellness Center is located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and serves individuals seeking outpatient treatment in the Philadelphia area. They use a holistic approach in their programming, integrating physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Holistic offerings include nutrition counseling, yoga, meditation, and more.

New Mind Wellness Center offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient rehab. Before all treatment, individuals will undergo a comprehensive assessment so staff can tailor a treatment plan to the individual’s needs. Their PHP is Monday-Friday from 9AM to 3PM with two different tracks, one for thought disorders and one for mood disorders. Their IOP is a step down from their PHP or a step up for those who require more support. The IOP is a lower time commitment and typically lasts 8-12 weeks with participants attending sessions several times a week. Services offered in both the PHP and IOP are:

Outpatient rehab at New Mind Wellness Center consists of individuals participating in 1 or 2 therapy sessions per week, with each session lasting about 1 hour. Sessions may include individual counseling, group therapy, or both.

Aftercare

New Mind Wellness Center provides alumni support groups and continued access to therapeutic services after individual’s participate in their PHP and IOP programs. Other services can include outpatient therapy, medication management, teletherapy services, relapse prevention programs, case management, lifestyle coaching, and family education, and family therapy.
