Pyramid Healthcare’s Altoona Outpatient program helps teens and adults who are struggling with drug or alcohol addiction (including tobacco) and co-occurring mental health challenges. They offer day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), general outpatient (OP), and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Clients receive care in a flexible setting while staying connected to school, work, and home.
Learn to Manage Triggers and Emotions
Treatment plans include individual, group, and family therapy, with approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and relapse prevention teach clients how to manage emotions and build healthier habits.
