Review from Rehabs.com

The admissions specialist that I spoke with for over a month said there would be no medical counters I'd have to go to - that if I was sick they would come to me. Private rooms with TV's and showers, pictures of a Resort like facility with pool and tennis court and someone with a laptop. When they booked my flight from out of state I was taken to a gated house with shared rooms and bathrooms. My roomate had her dirty underwear on the bathroom floor for days; I had to ask staff to pick it up since their non medical staff gave me meds that made me even sicker and their dr. who I was told "Dr. and medical staff would be onsite 24/7" didn't see me until my third day. By then he sent me to the ER. I was taken to 4 ER's. Where this facility provided my insurance and flex card to be billed directly back to me even though I was under their care, and their lack of medical care led to giving me medications both my mother and I told them I was allergic to.

Co-ocurring and dual diagnosis: Restore is first and foremost a strong clinical care facility, focusing on therapeutic strategies above all else. the weekend recreational activities could use room for improvement Restore is the first facility I have seen place clinical care and therapeutic strategies above all else, addressing and offering exceptional luxury amenities, but putting the most effort into clinical offerings. This is uncommon in treatment centers today who place "amenities" above all else in an effort to simply draw in as many clients as possible, at the expense of quality clinical care

Caring, considerate, loving, understanding. Too caring. This program helped me so much! The combination of the very talented therapy staff and the understanding from the staff that are in recovery made for an amazing treatment experience. This was my 13th try and treatment and nothing would work for me. Since I left Restore, I am now 11 months sober and happier than I have ever been!

Facility takes clients to 12 step or smart recovery meetings 7 days a week Residence is wonderful Very qualified clinicians Would have liked my brother to be able to stay longer! My brother was in treatment at Restore and is still doing great. I'm not sure exactly what was different about his experience there, but he had never been so open minded and worked so hard at his recovery since his stay at Restore.

Clinical care, luxury accommodations and staff-to-client ratio. There are none, to me. There are not many, if any, facilities where you will receive as much one-on-one care as you will with Restore. I feel as though they are second to none in this area due to the staff-to-client ratio. And to add to that, even when you are not working with a Master's level therapist, you are privileged to be around the housing Director, who is a recovering addict himself and always willing to listen to any issues you may be having.
