Sanare Today Exton offers several treatment tracks based on age and intensity of treatment.
For adults, they offer day treatment Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. They have 3 IOP tracks for adults: a general one, a trauma-focused one, and a young adults-focused one. The general IOP program meets on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. The trauma-focused one meets Mondays to Fridays with group meetings on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.; on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they schedule trauma-focused individual therapies at different times with each client. The young adults IOP program meets from Mondays to Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Adolescents 14-17 can receive day treatment Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in a program separate from the adult track, or they can receive IOP treatment Mondays through Thursdays from 3:30 to 5:45 p.m.
