Located on their expansive, 55-acre Hill Country ranch, The Last Resort Recovery offers an outpatient program to help men achieve a rich and fulfilling sober life through education and building healthy coping skills. While also addressing co-occurring mental health disorders, they use a balanced evidence-based and holistic approach while fostering a meaningful brotherhood experience amongst clients. Offering everyone a personalized experience with 12-Step immersion, The Last Resort Recovery meets men where they are and walk alongside them towards lasting recovery.

Engage in Healing Experiences and Care

The Last Resort Recovery understands there is no cookie cutter version of rehab and takes everyone's unique circumstances into account. Treatment plans include group therapy, fitness, traditional talk therapy, equine-assisted therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention planning. After clients complete their outpatient program, they are encouraged to participate in aftercare services such as support groups and individual therapy.

Heal the Individual and the Family System

The Last Resort’s family program helps loved ones heal together through guided therapy and education. Licensed clinicians lead structured sessions that improve communication, rebuild trust, and address unhealthy dynamics shaped by addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Families can participate through an on-site experience with their Family Focus Day or virtually with their Online Family Program, gaining practical tools to support recovery during treatment and long after it ends.

Enjoy Restorative Spaces on a Tranquil Ranch

The sprawling grounds of The Last Resort offers plenty of space for quiet reflection or meditative walks. The ranch has a homey charm with desirable amenities for clients to enjoy. They have a gym, swimming pool, and stable with 20 horses on site. Expert staff are trained and experienced in equine-assisted therapy, and clients will be able to work with horses and develop a rich bond.
