TruHealing Gaithersburg is a comprehensive treatment program that caters to individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The program offers partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient therapies that are evidence-based and backed by sound science. Clients receive up to 30 hours per week of group and individual therapy during the PHP program, followed by a lower level of care.

The intensive outpatient program is ideal for clients who have completed the PHP program or those who require a lower level of care. Clients attend 3-hour sessions 3 times a week for 30 to 60 days in a structured and supportive environment. TruHealing Gaithersburg also provides outpatient therapy, which equips clients with strategies and tools to establish long-term success.

TruHealing Gaithersburg recognizes the importance of supportive housing for clients undergoing treatment for mental health disorders. The program connects clients to community supportive housing to improve outcomes and build relationships and skills that encourage continued growth and progress. The supportive living homes offer the comforts of home with the structure and safety of a reputable living environment. TruHealing Gaithersburg also provides aftercare services, client education, and a broad range of wellness services, including 12-Step work for co-dependency and addiction, when appropriate.
