The atmosphere is warm and caring when you enter the building from the security to the front desk staff they speak and greet you with smiles and conversation your not treated like a number or a criminal they are caring and compassionate my loved one had a concern and it was handled quickly by the new director Johnathan who reached out to us and handled the concern with care he is a great person to have on the team now! I see a big difference in patients and staff
