Park Manor Recovery offers support and treatment for clients with a variety of substance use disorders and underlying mental health issues. Their small personalized program tailors services for each client, whether in the 30- to 90-day residential program or the 10-day accelerated program for executives. Their clinical director works intimately with each client on a daily basis, and staff ensure client satisfaction and comfort at all times in their 7,000-square-foot home in the heart of Florida.

Navigate Recovery with a Structured 3-Phase Approach

Park Manor’s 3-phase approach begins with an orientation week to develop personalized treatment plans, address co-occurring mental health disorders, and introduce healthy living practices alongside Step One of Alcoholics Anonymous/Narcotics Anonymous (AA/NA). In the second phase, clients engage in therapy, develop coping skills, and deepen their understanding of addiction as a manageable disease while advancing to Step Two. The final phase focuses on life after treatment, including crafting individualized aftercare plans and starting Step Three to support a smooth transition to long-term recovery.

Maximize Healing with Therapy & Aftercare

Park Manor’s residential program emphasizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), offering 8-10 hours of 1:1 and group sessions per week to support behavioral and lifestyle changes. Clients benefit from a blend of holistic therapies, including group yoga, group fitness, and balanced nutrition. Comprehensive care extends beyond primary treatment through weekly remote aftercare sessions led by their clinicians.

Unwind in a Waterfront Estate

Park Manor’s estate provides ample space to unwind on the wraparound porch, alongside the small lake, or inside the 7,000-square-foot home. The well-appointed residence has a pool, library, media room, and gym and yoga space. Clients stay in large private bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and desks. A gourmet chef serves all meals around the dining table to encourage a sense of family. Clients also benefit from proximity to a state park with miles of hiking trails. Phones and laptops are permitted to help clients stay connected to work and family.

Anxiety
As most I was apprehensive, but voluntarily came to park manor. Took a few days to sink in that I will be away from my friends and family. It’s what I needed. I was able to bring my dog with me which was very comforting for me. I like the approach 1 on 1 and both parties sharing experiences. The time helped me immensely to realize what things were more important to me and things I needed to let go that were holding me back.
