Profound changed my life! After a ton of research and I’m so blessed I stumbled upon Profound. This was the first treatment center that wanted to talk to me personally on the phone, making me feel comfortable and heard. When Justin in admissions listened to my story with empathy, I knew Profound was the place. It took me a week to admit myself into treatment but Justin made sure to check in on me up until I entered the facility. G2 is Profound’s newest house, and it’s stunning! The rooms were comfortable and the entire house spacious, beautifully decorated and constructed. This house made me feel like a Real Housewife, not an alcoholic in recovery! Most importantly, the staff and clinical team at Profound were fantastic! They, along with the skilled facilitators made Profound feel like home and a place to thrive and recover. Jesse, Katie and Camille (Alumni Services) were also incredible and continue to check-in and care about our sobriety journey to this day. Their caring is tangible and truly means the world. Leaving Profound was bittersweet. The opposite of addition is connection, and I left with invaluable relationships that I’ll have for the rest of my life. While I don’t wish addiction on anyone, I’ll always look back on my 30 days at Profound as a beautiful experience and a special privilege. I can’t recommend Profound enough and thank them from the bottom of my heart for helping me on my road to recovery ❤️‍🩹

Profound saved my life. Let’s start there. One day, I simply found myself at my rock bottom and I couldn’t face the thought of living through another day in the state of agony I was in. I got online with no intention of following through, and started Googling facilities. Profound was the first one that popped up. I can’t remember exactly who I talked to, all I remember is the kindness and lack of judgment. Needless to say, I was on a plane the very next day and that is where my journey began. This place gave me the gift of recovery. These people really care about you and will go above and beyond their jobs to make you feel seen, heard and cared for. I was in Penfield House, and I will truly cherish my time there for the rest of my life. I want to give some special shoutouts. First and foremost to Brian (Who talked to me off of several cliffs the first couple nights I was there), Mele and Justin, two angels disguised as lead house Techs who never let a day pass without attending to every possible need I could have, and believing in me when I didn’t yet believe in myself. Maria for being Maria 😂. Rob for being the heart of Profound and making sure we always had amazing weekend outings, & Jesse, Katie, and Camille for being the cool kids who made me laugh uncontrollably. And Yawanzi, our private Chef whose food was so good I gained 15 pounds. If you are ready to take this step, Call them. I promise it will change your life the way it has changed mine.

My experience with Profound was…profound! Excellent facilitators, good staff and overall decent food. I was staying at one of the newer housing facilities, which was cleaned once a week and cleaner and better than some of the other houses that I visited. The food and eating arrangements could use some improvements. The area Profound really exceeds is the facilitators and alumni staff. I feel as if I’m apart of a family now and Profound really helped with my mental health and figuring out how to stay sober. Classes were engaging and everyone in the house made it a safe space to rest and recover.

Absolutely an amazing experience. Getting here to start was a smooth experience and had nothing but support and love from Katie and Ky they really gave me the strength to get here even though it was my decision to reach out for help I definitely felt welcomed. Most of the techs really helped me feel welcomed and comfortable through detox and the group facilitators are amazing they really seem to care. I wanted to get to more different meetings and that didn’t happen but I’m not mad about it I will just hit some different ones in sober living. And cannot forget about amazing chef Priscilla !! I love her she works hard for us to enjoy our meals. No complaints about the food at all. She will make sure she cooks around food allergies and things you do not like which is amazing. Thank you profound for the amazing experience I look forward to coming back to the alumni meetings on Tuesdays !!

Profound Treatment has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in for intake, the staff was so kind and understanding of my situation. Ky, Katie, Josh D, Michael S, Brian, Mike, Jenny, Anthony, both Robs and everybody else who worked so closely with me in reaching my goal of Sobriety, also I want to give a shout out to Chef Leile for her amazing food and getting me back to a healthy diet and eating three delicious meals a day. They all may have very well saved my life. If you are thinking about getting help, Profound will not let you down.
