Private, one-on-one counseling sessions occur alongside personalised fitness programs, nutritious gourmet meals, massage, acupuncture, hydrotherapy pilates, and yoga. Experiential therapies provide positive life experiences and are at the heart of Raindrum’s program. Each of their experiential therapies are guided, one-on-one, and led by experts in their particular fields. Guests can experience art therapy, music therapy, surfing, equine therapy, photography, language learning, dance, comedy, and more.
