Clients also create and follow a daily wellness routine. In their 30-day program, clients progress through the first 5 steps of the 12 Steps. In the 60-day program, they work through steps 6-9.

Family Care, Continued Services, and Transitional Living

The Ranch at Dove Tree provides intensive family care, with a monthly family weekend providing family therapy, multi-family groups, addiction education, and more. Going to the Ranch at Dove Tree was the best decision of my life. No, it wasn't easy. It takes work and willingness, and this is only the start. But it gave me a good foundation to work from and I am almost 5 years sober. Counselors were excellent!

Dovetree inpatient recovery was awesome. Their aftercare IOP and sober living is a scam. It's not about sobriety, it's about money.

The treatment facility was 100 times better when Victor was running it. Now it's a complete crap show circus. There's never enough staff or there wasn't the last time I went but the first time I went 2 years ago was the best experience ever. Don't go

The only complaint I have is that they didn’t do much to help with co-occurring mental disorders. They treated my depression and anxiety as a result of my addiction instead of one of the crucial causes of my addiction.

Review from Rehabs.com

I was extremely disappointed by this facility. I had two family members go here and sadly it is not a good place for co-occurring disorders....such as addiction and depression together or addiction and ptsd or trauma Sadly, there are not enough Counselors to adequately give each client the time they need. The clients only receive a limited amount of time with their Counselors. I was extremely disappointed and ended up having to find another place in Texas which focused not only on the addiction, but the underlying issues that can cause addiction. We had great success with this other place but I would not recommend Dove Tree for any adolescent, adult or family member. It has become too large and too much of a business and forgot about what truly matters.....which are the PEOPLE. It felt more like cattle going through the program. There are much more holistic programs and treatment facilities that focus on the individual as a whole and family counseling.
