Navigate Recovery with 7 Guiding Principles

RCA applies 7 core tenets they’ve determined essential for every client to achieve sustained recovery. These include care planning, medications to reduce cravings and prevent relapse, daily 12-Step meetings for peer support, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) skills training to manage emotions and cope with challenges. Clients also benefit from family involvement, alumni connections after discharge, and measurement-based care guided by real-time progress tracking.

Recharge in a Restorative Setting

Located in the heart of Philadelphia’s Main Line, RCA at Devon offers a peaceful, welcoming environment designed for healing. Clients stay in semi-private rooms with modern interiors and a TV at each bed, gather in cozy lounges with fireplaces, and use a high-end fitness center. Community-building activities like movie nights and karaoke nights add structure, comfort, and connection to daily life.

Stay Supported with a Thriving Alumni Network

RCA’s alumni association helps clients stay supported and inspired long after treatment ends. They offer ongoing recovery meetings and sober events like movies, sports, and picnics to bring alumni together for fun, fellowship, and connection. Many events allow alumni to invite family and friends, so their support system can play an active role in recovery.

RCA Is nothing more than a flash in the pan treatment center. RCA does not value its staff and has lowest level substance abuse knowledge for patients. RCA is all smoke and mirrors. Inside the walls is complete chaos.

The care was excellent and got an amazing education about my addiction. They were able to answer all of my questions during my first visit to treatment. I felt that everything was all inclusive at this facility. The spirituality aspect of the 12 steps was broken down really well by the staff and the 12 step instructor.
