Key Collective applies a strength-based approach to support skill building, resilience and long-term well-being for all their clients.​ And because they fill in the gaps of clinical care, clinicians appreciate Key Collective for being highly collaborative across an individual's support team. Key Collective mentors and companions are Master’s level professionals who share lived experiences with the clients they are paired with in order to enable genuine connection and trust where clients are able to see themselves in their mentor or companion and build confidence for growth. Additionally, mentors and companions are overseen by a clinician and required to attend monthly clinical trainings to enhance therapeutic work with clients. Families love Key Collective because of their responsiveness, their in-person work, and their ability to tailor care plans with high-level progress reports.
