Nestled in the beautiful hills of central New Hampshire, Recovery Mountain is a unique holistic wellness center. With only 9 beds, the program provides individualized attention and the privacy needed to address substance use disorder. The relaxing home resembles the charm of a quaint New England Inn. They offer semi-private rooms with queen size beds and a cozy kitchen where meals are prepared and served. The bright and airy rooms have natural light and are used for life coaching, yoga, Reiki, and massages. Recovery Mountain has an athletic training center like none other. It features the most modern training equipment and includes a tough-mudder obstacle course. Certified trainers work with the client to create unique fitness programs that aid in recovery. Recovery Mountain is close to New Hampshire's beautiful lakes and mountains, and their location allows clients to enjoy numerous outdoor activities such as beaches, hiking, biking, snow skiing, fishing, and paddled boarding.

Recovery Mountain uses a holistic approach to address the whole mind, body, and spirit. Clients will have the opportunity to engage in 12-Step facilitation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family counseling, art therapy, music therapy, stress management , and relapse prevention counseling. The beautiful location provides clients the opportunity to enjoy recreational activities like swimming, hiking in the nearby mountains, or relaxing on the peaceful grounds. Recovery Mountain is the perfect blend of wellness and privacy in an exclusive, confidential setting.
