My experience at Baldpate was excellent. All of the staff were caring, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. After my first 4 days my group felt like a family with a single purpose - help each other become or stay sober.

Very informative and knowledge regarding addiction, dual diagnosis, medication regulation, kind, caring, staff members who are extraordinarily encouraging and motivating. I felt 100% comfortable from the moment I was admitted to the day I was discharged. Each staff member from the kitchen staff to the clinical staff went above and beyond my expectations as to try and treat me as a human being with feelings! They showed the utmost respect towards me and any issue I presented to them. They spent quality time in listening, explaining, comforting me, and worked diligently with me before discharge to plan relapse prevention, positive coping skills, outside resources were also provided. Baldpate was very efficient
