The program supports adult women with substance use disorders, including opioid and alcohol misuse. Discover Strength in Every Session
The program uses proven therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. It also blends holistic supports like equine therapy, wellness activities, and acudetox or ear acupuncture to ease stress and improve well-being.
