Former Client

I found my stay at Crestwood to be generally positive. The highlight was the quality of the clinical staff, who were knowledgeable and empathetic in guiding me through my recovery. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, with a calm, low-stress atmosphere that helped me focus on healing. However, I did wish there were more flexible scheduling options for family therapy sessions, as it was challenging to coordinate with my family’s availability. Even so, the supportive environment and evidence-based treatments made a meaningful difference in my progress.

Ecstasy
My time at Crestwood Behavioral Health American River was a transformative experience. What I liked most was the compassionate, personalized care from the therapists and nurses—they took the time to listen and tailor my treatment plan to my specific needs, which made me feel truly seen and supported. The atmosphere was warm and non-judgmental, with comfortable common areas that encouraged connection with other patients. The only small downside was that group therapy sessions sometimes felt a bit rushed, but this was balanced by the one-on-one attention I received. Overall, the setting felt safe and healing, and I left with a stronger set of coping skills and a renewed sense of hope.

I’d like to add that I’m particularly interested in learning more about your pricing structure for long-term contracts and any available discounts for annual commitments. This information would help me make a more informed decision.
