Clients at Floralund stay in private, hotel-like rooms with a TV and internet access. The facility has a fitness center, team building court, outdoor training area, private gym with badminton and table tennis, and other outdoor and indoor common spaces to relax or socialize. A chef prepares delicious meals and prepares freshly baked morning buns every day. Clients can move around Fredensborg town to buy necessities and explore the beautiful surroundings of Esrum Sø and the castle. Clients can also keep their phone during the entire course, and are welcome to bring a computer.

Floralund ensures that all relatives of individuals with addictions can register for their courses for free. They offer guidance and advice that is tailored to a family's situation, and family members can even attend groups before their loved one starts treatment.
