Granite Wellness Centers provides a comprehensive continuum of care, with detox, residential programs, outpatient services, court ordered classes, and recovery residences Their Auburn location serves adult and teen clients in an outpatient setting, addressing addiction and co-occurring mental health issues. Granite offers medically supervised medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to ease cravings and withdrawal symptoms alongside a personalized blend of evidence-based individual, group, and family therapies throughout residential care.
The Auburn office is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Specialized Programs to Meet Clients Where They Are
Their outpatient services include day treatment and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) for adults and adolescents, with specialized programs for court ordered DUI classes, pregnant women, and single parent women with substance use disorders and their children. Their women and children’s program provides mothers with comprehensive treatment and participate in 12-Step recovery for up to 1 year, while providing children with a nurturing, supportive, and fun environment that addresses trauma and fosters healthy development.
Additional Support through Sober Living
Clients enrolled in their outpatient program can have a safe and sober living environment in one of the recovery residences offered by Granite Wellness. Each resident receives support in maintaining self-sufficiency, and they work with counselors on life skills development. This may include parenting classes, anger management, finances and budgeting, technology skills, literacy training, job skill training and placement, and smoking cessation. Clients living in their recovery residences maintain a high level of engagement and participation with a social worker who works closely with individuals toward their goals, providing case management services and resources.
