Very nice facility, open and spacious with a patio and pool. Low occupancy so you get a better ratio of staff to client. Techs are professional and personable. Three therapists provide group and individual counseling; with them, I learned about the disease and methods for recovery by applying the 12 steps, adopting mindfulness and relaxation techniques, and using support groups such as AA, NA, CA, CMA, etc. Food is excellent with nutritionally balanced meals for a wide variety of tastes; special requests can also be made for dietary needs or preference. Opportunities to go to the gym, to the beach, and into town to shop for necessities. I am glad I made the choice to go to INDAH to start my recovery.
