Aside from talk therapy, the most common forms of therapy that are used in this program include art therapy, therapeutic gardens and workshopping, reiki and fitness sessions. The residents also participate in a 12 step program in order to help them abstain from substances and encourage motivation in recovery.
After the residential program is complete, the residents can move on to the resettlement program which serves as sober living for those who desire the supportive community to maintain sobriety. In this program, the residents learn life skills and prepare for the workforce. Residents can live in sober living for up to 2 years.
