Review from Rehabs.com

Pathway house is not at all what they claim to be. In reality the patients are expected to abide by unnecessary and and childish rules. Certain things like phone privileges, really make a difference, not only for the patient, but their loved ones. It reminds me of when my loved one was in jail. Treating people like children, or like they are below you as a person will not build stable recovery! Giving people jail-like consequences is unrealistic in the real world, and doesn’t build the proper foundation for successful sobriety! After two extended stays that my loved one has gone through, I would never recommend this program to someone who was seeking real recovery. Having to go back to Pathway was frighteningly dreadful for him and it made me feel so bad. I wish he was able to go somewhere else, and so does he.
