Dream House is a men-only supportive living facility located in Alexander, North Carolina. It is designed for men who are actively participating in the partial hospitalization program (PHP) at Pyramid Healthcare. The facility provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment, with dedicated staff and peers helping residents continue their healing journey.

Build Confidence and Community Through Healthy Routines

Dream House serves adult men in recovery who are enrolled in the PHP program at Pyramid Healthcare. The facility accommodates up to 20 residents in a male-only setting. Residents attend intensive therapeutic programming Monday through Friday (9 AM to 3:30 PM) off-site through the PHP and live at Dream House outside of those hours in a sober, supervised environment. The site offers furnished bedrooms (each with its own TV), three meals a day prepared by an on-site chef, 24/7 staff supervision, and transportation to 12-step meetings, medical appointments, and local court appearances. Dream House also emphasizes life skills development and sober recreational activities such as bowling, movie nights, park visits, and supports residents with job searching and resume writing to prepare for independent living or employment.

Continue Your Recovery with Flexibility and Ongoing Support

Dream House is medication-assisted treatment (MAT) friendly, meaning residents can continue methadone or other MAT prescriptions while living in the program. For aftercare, the team works closely with each client to develop a long-term plan that includes follow-up healthcare coordination and resources to support ongoing success. While service animals are welcome, emotional support animals are not accommodated at this time.
