Review from Rehabs.com

I'll start with the good, some of the staff members were absolutely amazing. Both of the Latrices' were absolutely amazing. The other patients were amazing people and really helped me while I was there. However, some of the staff members were really mean. Really nasty attitudes about simple questions asked nicely, 1 lady at the desk cupped her hand to whisper about me to her coworker while looking me dead in the eyes. They gossip about other patients to other patients which is so inappropriate. My original case manager Andy didn't set anything up for me and she got fired or quit while I was in there so I didn't have a case manager up until I had to go. Speaking of which, I was supposed to be there for 30 days and I didn't find out they were discharging me until 2 nights before I had to go and I had absolutely nothing set up for when I went home until the other case manager met with me the day before I went home. They set me up with an appointment for an outpatient program but didn't give me the name of it, number, address or anything. I asked for them to give me a copy of all that information and never received it. I had a care package dropped off and it had my netty bottle in there. I really need that for my sinus issues and they "lost" it. They lady at the front was making fun of me for it saying "....uhm is this for your boogers?! Thats disgusting". Mr. Carlton kept saying really mean stuff to other patients like telling 1 girl she didn't love her son because of her addiction. The nurses were handing out other people's meds because they ran out and gave some people the wrong meds until they got called out for it. I was only there for 2 weeks. I couldn't eat the food for 4 days because of me being ill but mostly because the smell of it alone made me gag.. the food was so gross.. The staff members & other patients were so kind and amazing. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't have stayed. But the disorganization, lack of communication and hostility for no reason is appalling. I'm not one to write bad reviews and I always try to give benefit of the doubt but this place was so ridiculous I just had to share my experience with others who need help. I wouldn't recommend this place.
