Reflections Recovery Center is nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains in central Utah. Reflections Recovery provides a full continuum of care from start to finish including medical detox, residential treatment, outpatient care, and gender-specific sober living homes. Reflections' team of therapists address addiction using a wide variety of holistic treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family education, family therapy, experiential therapy, art therapy, inner child therapy, and spirituality awareness. Outpatient treatment is offered as a way for clients to participate in continued support after leaving residential treatment. During outpatient treatment, clients can participate in 12-Step meetings and group therapy. They are also required to participate in random drug screenings.

Reflections Recovery offers a home-like estate. The main house has large bedrooms, healing community spaces, and resort-like grounds with mountain views. Reflections Recovery supports physical health by providing transportation to a nearby gym where clients can engage in fitness and yoga classes. Reflections Recovery hosts weekly events like softball games, hikes, bowling, movies, and dining out to help clients enjoy healthy activities and find a sense of normalcy.
