Shelley Center is a 34-bed adult women's substance use disorder treatment facility located in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. The center is situated on the site of the Isaiah House Corporate Office with its own space to promote a comfortable and safe environment for women who are struggling with addiction. The facility's team includes individuals who are themselves in recovery, which enables them to offer empathetic and peer support to those undergoing treatment.

The program at Shelley Center includes a range of treatment services, such as detox, medications for opiate use disorder, individual and group therapy with licensed clinicians, peer support, case management, structured activities, Celebrate Recovery classes, life skills classes, and outings to church. The center welcomes pregnant women, with a doctor's approval.

After the short-term program, clients can opt to extend their stay and enroll in the residential intensive outpatient program (IOP). Shelley Center provides transitional living, allowing clients to receive continued accountability and access to services such as IOP and peer support at the outpatient center, Real Hope Behavioral Health.
