Insurance

Provider's Policy

Many of SunCloud Health’s patients use their in-network benefits to pay for treatment. There is usually a deductible and some form of co-insurance that our patients must pay directly to us. Upon admission to SunCloud Health, a patient must sign a “SCH Financial Agreement” contract that obligates him or her to pay for the services rendered, commensurate with the contracts we have in place with the various insurance companies and per each individual’s specific plan. For the financial portion our patients pay directly to us, SunCloud accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept checks.

SunCloud Health Residential – Matteson treats teen girls ages 13 to 18 who face depression, anxiety, trauma, eating concerns, self-harm, and co-occurring conditions. This residential level of care provides the highest degree of structure within SunCloud Health’s adolescent services, pairing a safe environment with personalized treatment plans that help teens stabilize, reconnect, and begin meaningful healing.

Strengthen Recovery with Diverse Therapies

This residential program leverages the same integrated, trauma-informed modalities as SunCloud Health’s partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP), with the added benefit of 24-hour support and an immersive therapeutic community. Evidence-based therapies, structured groups, and skill development help teens build emotional regulation and healthier patterns that support long-term mental well-being.

Live and Heal in a Safe, Supportive Setting

Patients live on a 3-acre campus in a quiet neighborhood with home-like bedrooms, shared community spaces, outdoor areas, and on-site meals. Educational programming includes an on-campus classroom and an on-site teacher offering M–F academic hours coordinated with home school districts. Located in Matteson, the campus is easily accessible to families from Chicago’s south suburbs and across the state.
