They treat clients with addiction to benzodiazepines, codeine, fentanyl, heroin, hydrocodone, opioids, oxycodone, and prescription drugs. Symetria prioritizes fast access to medications and treatment, with up to same-day admissions, where clients can generally receive dosing during their first appointment.
Medication-Assisted Recovery Services
The staff at Symetria Recovery Arlington includes a doctor of medicine and psychiatry, masters-level therapists and addiction counselors, and nurses. They prescribe and administer medications to alleviate withdrawal symptoms, combat cravings, and promote long-term recovery. These include Suboxone, Methadone, and monthly Vivitrol injections. During the admissions process, genetic testing is often done to determine Vivitrol’s compatibility and benefits. Their clinic hours extend from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on weekends.
