Review from Rehabs.com

When I first learned about The Healing Place I was told that they "break you down there". But then the person said "But they do it so they can build you back up again. " I was incarcerated at the time and was offered parole along with rehab at The Healing Place. I signed my serve out papers instead and chose to stay in jail. We months latter I was released on Mandatory Reentry Supervision (MRS) and was sent to The Healing Place because I didn't have anywhere to go. I truly believe that was God doing for me what I couldn't do for myself. That was in 2014. I didn't do the program until 2016 but The Healing Place and the people there changed my life. They also helped SAVE my life. They didn't break me down, I was already broken by the drugs and alcohol and trips to jail. They DID help build me back up again. I'm so very grateful for this place. Is it perfect? No. And I don't believe ANY rehab that you find will be perfect. The program is not an easy program. Many will not be able to do it, but if you give it your all and concentrate on the things they teach you, you WILL get results. I love this place and the people there and I am so grateful for the life that I have now and the help I received from The Healing Place.

Review from Rehabs.com

Very disappointed. Called the healing poscr, as they state they have 24 hour care free. I wanted information to help get a family member to detox. I was told not the "not so friendly " person who answered that she couldn't go there cause she wasn't in the county. So she transferred me to another lady, who was nice, but realized I needed to be talking to the person who transferred me. So then sent me back and hung up after a 10 minute hold. So after that the initial encounter, I don't think I'd want my loved one there. And lastly, aren't the majority of people who are so in need of drug detox and help without a real home? So whether she lived in Jefferson county or not I don't think that should matter. I definitely won't be an advocate for raising funds for this organization. Very bad to false advertise such compassionate care Called on june 22nd, 2018 mid day.

I have struggled to get sober for years. I attended MANY rehabs, IOPs, detox facilities, doctors, psychiatrists and more. I can say with 100 percent confidence that this is the BEST treatment facility there is out there. People leave the Healing Place SOBER and stay SOBER. All of my peers are still sober. Besides-its FREE. No cost at all. What could anyone have to loose? Thank God for it.

We love hearing about your treatment experience
