The Center treats addiction, anxiety, trauma and depression with Scott Kiloby's unique and cutting-edge mindfulness approach. Scott's approach uses easily-accessible tools to guide people into living in the peace of the present moment, instead of being "in their heads" and stuck in the past and future.
