Care Options

Levels of Care

Everyone's recovery journey is unique. Whether it looks like residential rehab for 30 days, an outpatient program, or virtual therapy, you can find a level of care that fits your needs.
Residential Rehab
Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.
Sober Living
Not Offered at This Center
Transitional housing designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders offering a safe, supportive and structured environment for practicing long-term sobriety, while reintegrating back into daily living.
Day Treatment
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Intensive Outpatient Program
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) falls between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services, with therapy and skills-building activities designed to support recovery and provide flexibility. IOP is ideal for those needing support but not the 24/7 care of a residential facility.
Outpatient
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Virtual & In-Home Care
The delivery of therapeutic services utilizing technology such as video conferencing, online messaging or phone calls, allowing for flexibility, comfort and increased access to care.
Co-Occurring Mental Health
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

This facility is a nightmare. The staff were overwhelmed, jaded, and some were even sadistic. The unit was freezing cold 24/7. Patients were not treated humanely. I witnessed an atrocity. I stayed mildly hungry because the food was barely edible.

This place is horrible in every way possible. What they tell you at your assessment is totally different than when you are admitted. When you get on the unit the nurses treat you with nothing more than disrespect, blatant rudeness & had no compassionate. I was treated like I had done something wrong & I checked myself in for depression, suicidal thoughts & for medical assisted tapering off a medication. The wrong medications & doses were initially entered in their computer incorrectly so the 1st night I was given a 1/4 or a dose of one of my medications. It s an adult unit and you are treated like a child. Bedroom doors were locked all day & there was 2 groups a day, if that. I left AMA due to triggering experience I had while there. Facility filthy, staff rude & caring, food undercooked and nasty. There was 1 person working there who is a therapist who was excellent. Other than that I would never go there again or recommend to anyone!!!

The treatment at this facility seems better than other similar facilities. The patients were given chances to socialize as well as exercise. Security was a top priority here. The facility has very good physicians and counselors. The layout of the facility helps aid patient recovery. The facility is limited in space.

Review from Rehabs.com

My son was a combat Marine, serving tours in Fallujah and Ramadi, and currently suffers PTSD, and alcohol dependency. He admitted himself to 3 Rivers, having been unable to negotiate the hurdles to receiving care at the VA. As a parent and retired psychologist, I believe I have a reasonable idea regarding the etiology of my son\'s pathologies. The six day course of \"evaluation\" and \"treatment\" at 3 Rivers exposed nothing short of incompetence and malpractice in my opinion. He was abruptly diagnosed with a severe mood disorder, had his current medication regimen stopped, completely changed, and then abruptly reversed 48 hours later, and was discharged with little more than an outdated list of AA meetings and a referral to the VA. He would have been clinically better off spending a week in a homeless shelter.

Very dirty showers as well as the shower curtains. Who knows when they were last cleaned or changed. Couldn't get soap in the bathroom. Most MHT s were very nice. Some nurses and Social Workers were absolute witches not doing anymore than they were required. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone. Woman in the cafeteria serving line had the personality of a rattle snake. How miserable can a group of people be? The food was far below good. Doctors? Pitiful.
