The instructions were mainly recovering alcohol/drug addicts which meant they had a better understanding of what the clients were going through. Experienced counselors. Lack of extra curricular activities for in-patient clients.

The group meetings were good. The counselors were very nice and helped my cousin a lot. He was very apprehensive at first but it turned out very well for his time there.

Helping with addiction but needs more family involvement. It was for my brother who is and currently addicted to drugs. He went into treatment and came out better, however, it didn't last. Wish follow up was better and more family involvement.

Very effective and efficient but faculty wasn't as compassionate/helping as we would have liked. Several request were made to help the patient become healthy in a shorter amount of time but none were given which prolonged the process
