Located near I-15 and just southwest of downtown, this residential program supports unsheltered adults living with mental health challenges, often paired with substance use. Services include case management, therapy, and transitional housing support. It acts as a starting point for those who may be hesitant to engage in traditional mental health care.

Recovery Begins with Outreach and Daily Support

The program uses a low-barrier, harm reduction approach supported by evidence-based care. Clients engage in therapy, peer support, medication management, and skills-building to regain stability. Services are tailored for those experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges, with compassionate staff helping clients develop routines, manage benefits, and reconnect with community resources.

Safe Housing with Wraparound Support

Safe Haven features 25 transitional housing units for adults with mental health challenges and long-term homelessness. Residents receive ongoing therapy, peer support, life skills coaching, and medication support while keeping their eligibility for permanent housing. A homeless outreach team also meets clients where they are, on the streets, to guide them toward safety, treatment, and a path to self-sufficiency.
