I cannot express enough gratitude for my experience at Ritz Recovery. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine care and compassion from every member of the staff—my caseworker, techs, support staff, and even the cooks. Even before I arrived, Sina was patient and reassuring, answering all my questions, calming my nerves, and ensuring my travel and transition into the program were smooth and accommodating. It was clear from the start that everyone here is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and healing environment. My case manager, Kayla, provided me with the tools I needed to understand and overcome my struggles. She connected with me in a way that made me feel truly seen and understood—not just as a patient but as a person. The techs (Heather, JP, Jasmine, Jenny, Mike, Michael, Brian, Shawn, Gabby, Bear, Theo, London) were always attentive and supportive, making sure I felt secure and cared for. Nurse Nicole was a constant source of reassurance, always available whenever I needed her.I even had the opportunity to meet the owner, Hike, and his dedication to the cause was evident. Every part of this program—from the compassionate staff to the thoughtfully prepared meals—contributed to my sense of comfort and healing. The structure of the program, combined with the personalized support I received, laid a solid foundation for my recovery journey.

Student

I was a client at Ritz Recovery in September 2023. I have been actively using since the age of 14 and I am now 24 years old. I have been to multiple treatment centers throughout the decade, but I have never received the amazing and professional care I received at Ritz. The staff is amazing as well as the therapist and psychiatrist who helped me with my mental health issue. Trish, Hike, and Mike go above and beyond for all of the clients and treat them as one of their own. On the weekends, the staff took us out, making me feel like I was staying at a nice resort with activities rather than a treatment center with all these overwhelming rules. Anytime I was feeling like I wanted to leave and relapse, the staff was quick to react by calling the doctor, nurse, and therapist. they helped me feel better, and we came up with a plan for me to stay at Ritz and calm down. The chef is amazing, always cooking the best food possible. When I was first admitted, I did not have that much appetite, and the chef made me smoothies or whatever I wanted to get some nutrients. Ritz Recovery is an amazing treatment center and my parents and I are so thankful for the team. If it were not for them I would've been dead. I highly recommend anyone who is struggling with addiction and/or mental health to come to Ritz Recovery.

From the moment we reached out, the staff at Ritz Recovery demonstrated a profound level of empathy and professionalism. The aspect I appreciated the most was the personalized care they provided. The range of therapies offered, including individual counseling, group sessions, and alternative therapies like mindfulness and yoga, were particularly beneficial. The atmosphere at Ritz Recovery was serene and conducive to healing. Set in a peaceful environment, the facility offered a comforting retreat from the stresses of everyday life, which greatly aided in the recovery process.
