Sana Lake Recovery Center helps people move toward lasting recovery by building connection, strengthening personal growth, and offering consistent guidance to break addictive patterns. Their programs include detox, residential care, day treatment, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services. The 55-acre campus provides clinical support and clear routines that help clients feel better as they regain stability, then stay better by practicing skills that strengthen long-term progress.

Transform Responses to Stress with Coping Skills

Sana Lake begins treatment by helping clients regain physical stability, then addresses the emotional and behavioral patterns that contribute to substance use. Therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) help people understand triggers, improve emotional regulation, and work through past experiences. Activities like meditation and acupuncture offer additional ways to reduce stress and practice daily habits that reinforce change.

Find Peace & Healing in a Lakeside Oasis

Sana Lake’s Dittmer campus offers comfortable lodging, chef-prepared meals, and calming indoor and outdoor spaces that support reflection and movement. Clients engage in energizing wellness activities like fitness workouts or guided yoga and unwind along wooded trails and lakeside paths. Weekly peer support groups, family-style meals, and recreational opportunities help cultivate a warm, community-centered environment where members build supportive connections that strengthen their recovery experience.

Stay Connected with Ongoing Support

Sana Lake extends support through their Members for Life program, which offers recovery coaching, counseling, medication management, and connections to sober-living homes. Clients benefit from structured check-ins, alumni events, and continuing guidance as they adjust to life outside treatment. This ongoing framework helps people maintain routines, rebuild relationships, and stay grounded in recovery, giving them a dependable place to return for support whenever they need it.

Going to Sana Lake was one of the best decisions I have ever made! The wonderful people who work there really care and are committed to helping each member heal and start a new way of life. Their passion for recovery is contagious! The members and the staff became like a family to me. Even after leaving, we still stayy in contact and continue to support each other. Detox, the first week started off rocky, but it was all new to me and I was scared of the unexpected. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sana Lake, if you are looking for a place to help you overcome your struggles and strengthen your mental, physical and spiritual health. I use the tools and coping skills I learned at daily, and would not be the woman I am today without them!

Review from Rehabs.com

Sana Lake has been incredible. You know, most places you got to keep you there for like a week or two, and then send you off on your way with a list of meetings to go to. Sana Lake was SOOO much different. After you go to inpatient they hook you up with the outpatient services and there is a group every week for people who have gone to Sana Lake, it's called members for life, and they go do fun stuff and have meetings. So many people call you, and check on you, and legit care about how you're doing. I love Sana Lake, and I would 100% recommend anyone looking to do this thing, go there. If you want some cheap state run program, you're going to get what you pay for.
