About Seasons Bali
Seasons Bali is a residential program that focuses on 5 aspects of recovery for men and women who are struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. The 5 aspects are physical, psychological, emotional, social, and spiritual well being. Seasons Bali uses both alternative therapies and evidence-based therapies. Examples of the therapies include yoga, meditation, process groups, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma work, mindfulness therapy, 12-Step facilitation, clinical psychology, family therapy, acupuncture, art and drama therapy, diet and wellness, and excursions and adventurous outings. Seasons Bali offers different levels of residential treatment. Seasons Bali recommends clients stay for the 90 day program; However, 28 and 60 day programs are available. A 5-day family week is available, and an alumni day is held in June.
Seasons Bali is a resort-style facility with multiple Indonisian-style cabins that provide semi-private accommodations. The amenities include beach-front access for morning yoga and beach fitness. Clients have access to a pool and meals that are prepared by a chef that are locally sourced. On weekends, clients are encouraged to explore the surrounding towns and experience the local restaurants.
