Review from Rehabs.com

Son attended. They required a substantial downpayment up front that they promised would be reimbursed if he left early, which he did. After 10 weeks we are still trying to get the reimbursement and only get the run around. Also a number of the promised services were not available because "at the time we are understaffed." What they did provide seemed good, they had some good staff. But their administration seems different and intent on ripping us off. This place is not cheap and they should have better administrative service. Yeah the food id good and the location nice. But the promise and hype is more than the delivery and cost.

Silvermist was a wonderful experience. It was a very small community with only 14 people which allowed you to get great counseling as well as great group settings. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in every aspect. The amentities were unbelievable with a personal chef, Outdoor pool and volleyball court, indoor movie theater and pool table. They took you to an outside meeting every night. Yoga, acupunture, and message therapy were also part of the program. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and more importantly a loved one!
