Solstice Southwest is a mental health treatment center specializing in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, OCD, and other complex mental health conditions—while also supporting clients with co-occurring substance use when it’s part of the picture. Their care includes stabilization, residential treatment, PHP, IOP, and transitional living, giving clients a clear pathway from crisis to long-term stability.

Embrace Care that Looks at the Whole Life, Not Just Symptoms

At Solstice Southwest, treatment is built around comfort and dignity as much as clinical effectiveness. Their high-autonomy residential suites give clients the space they need to feel independence. On the clinical side, Solstice blends integrative psychiatry and functional medicine, meaning they look at lifestyle, nutrients, genetics, screen use, brain chemistry, and the whole body. And they include real-life details like gourmet meals and intentional routines so clients feel cared for.

Live with Autonomy while Still Fully Supported

Each 685-square-foot residential suite is shared by just four people and has its own kitchen, shower, microwave, and fridge, so clients have a little independence while they’re healing. The whole place is designed to be hospitality-first with a modern and comfortable design. Fresh, nutritious meals are served three times a day, plus snacks and drinks are available anytime clients want them.

Walk into the Next Chapter with Guidance

After doing the hard work of healing, Solstice Southwest makes sure clients don’t just walk out and go it alone. Whether they’re stepping into outpatient options or choosing their sober-living residence, they don’t just fade out of care. Clients can expect structure, connection, and people to cheer them on while they build their lives back up.
