This is a top notch program that deserves 10 Stars! The staff, the individualized treatment plan, and care team, are highly skilled and professional. After 10 years of addiction to drugs and alcohol, and several other failed inpatient programs, my son went to Spirit Mountain, and returned full of hope and joy, with the skills needed to maintain a healthy, sober life. He learned that his addiction was a result of pain he carried, and drugs and alcohol were his coping mechanisms. With his individual treatment programming, he was able to address the source of the pain and learn how to cope. The physical facility is also amazing — truly unlike any other treatment facility!!! It looks and feels like home, they keep the men comfortable, very busy with outdoor activities, and well fed. Spirit Mountain truly saved his life! This treatment program is Highly recommended by this once sorrowful mother!

Review from Rehabs.com

My experience with Spirit Mountain goes way back. Our son was a patient and spent a better part of almost a year there. From the very first initial contact with Chris, we knew this was where we would be sending our son for his recovery. Chris is the most caring and compassionate man along with his staff. We have dealt with other centers and were treated like a dollar sign and not a human asking for help and guidance. Since our sons treatment and release, I wont lie, there were a few bumps in the road but with the skills that our son learned (like how to love himself first), got him through. He is now a healthy participant in his life and the life of those around him. We are so grateful to the Spirit Mountain Family!

Review from Rehabs.com

I feel extensively grateful to have found Spirit Mountain Recovery (SMR). I have been a patient at other treatment centers and can say that SMR offered a level of compassion and care for their clients that I haven’t seen before. The exceptional clinical and peer support staff put effort into identifying, addressing, and working on issues that slipped through the cracks at other treatment centers. I greatly appreciate SMR’s holistic approach to treating addiction. SMR has found a way to blend comprehensive clinical care with experiential therapy and recreational activities. My treatment was fun, intensive, and personalized. The owners and staff put a tremendous amount of time and effort into my treatment and helping me reintegrate into life outside of treatment. The treatment center is located in the beautiful Wasatch mountain range with close access to a wide variety of outdoor activities that helped keep me engaged and physically active. I was able to work intensively in therapy and explore a variety of recovery programs without feeling like I was in an institution. Lastly, I’m very grateful for all the meaningful and lasting relationships I have made with other clients and staff!
