Synergy Estate residential program aims to reduce or divert hospitalization stays. The environment is a home-like setting far removed from a sterile, hospital-like atmosphere. Synergys facility is secluded and tranquil, overlooking a beautiful golf course with amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, and outside BBQ lounge with a fire pit. Tee therapeutic environment provides a calming atmosphere, conducive to healing. Private chefs prepare meals for clients, taking dietary needs into consideration.

Therapist team was amazing, I had two individual sessions every week. The chef's were talented and their food was delicious as well as healthy. The bedroom was large and mine had a jacuzzi tub in it. The walk in closet was bigger than any entire bedroom I've ever lived in before. The administrator/director team was skilled, efficient, and compassionate, the mental health workers were so good I often thought many of them were therapist's when I first arrived, and they are all professional and well trained. The aesthetic is nice and reminds me of just being at someone's home, I often forgot I was even in a facility. The outings were fun and the perfect length. We got to go on up to three walks a day, though walks are optional, and I especially appreciated how flexible and accomodating they are, I even got to walk for almost an hour and a half once, all around this nice, safe neighborhood. The process groups are excellent. I gained lots of knowledge, but more importantly got opportunities to practice new skills for my mental health with much support and guidance from talented professionals. The most import thing I want to emphasize for anyone who is reading these reviews looking to potentially stay here, is that the groups, therapy, and medication management are all excellent. Personally, my favorite thing about being there was that I felt loved and at home. More at home than anywhere I've ever lived in my life, including when I was a child.

My experience was positive. The facility is beautiful. The outdoor spaces are conducive to wellness and recovery. The staff here really care about the clients recovery process. It was the first time in a long time I felt seen and heard. I enjoyed the groups and individual therapy sessions. Accommodations were fantastic and we went on outings every week and BBQ on the weekend. The Chef makes breakfast, lunch and dinner and there were a variety of snacks. They will even accommodate the food options to your preferences or allergies. Overall wonderful experience. I was truly spoiled.

Synergy Estate really cares about their clients. Everyone here from the Mental Health Workers to the Therapists, Clinical Director Jewels, and Nurse Natashia are amazing at what they do. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. The Chef meals were amazing. I felt safe. I felt like I could heal heal here without judgment. Staff was so supportive and I learned so much. If I am struggling again I will come back.

The therapists are ok, and the location is nice. However, there is NO holistic approach as they advertise. On the contrary, to keep clients happy, they allow them to order whatever they want, do whatever they want, including unlimited bags of candy. A young adult with depression, anxiety, impulsive behavior, and eating disorders might end up worse, gaining 50 pounds in a month, with no apparent concern from the staff. My son ended up with obesity, liver problems, and increased anxiety. The gym and external activities are a joke, offering no holistic approach whatsoever. Technology use is unlimited, leading my son to become more addicted to technology than before, under the misguided belief that if the mental health center allows it, it must be normal and good for your brain. Also, be cautious about pricing and insurance; even if they claim it is covered by insurance, it might not be. The facility is not recognized by many insurers as a mental health center, leading to unexpected costs despite prior assurances of coverage. Be careful!

Under new management and what a difference in care. I have stayed here before and this time, it was amazing! Jewels is the Program Director and she is a therapist. I like that. It was missing before. She is fantastic and runs a great program. Synergy cares about you getting better. You are not just $$. Any time I had a concern I was listened to and accommodated. Speaking of accommodations. This place is beautiful. This place holds up to any mental health facility in Beverly Hills.
