The Arrow House is an in-network, adolescent residential treatment home in Orange County for teens ages 12–17 who are dealing with mental health challenges, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Their primary level of care is residential, with a small, relationship-based setting of up to 20 teens, in smaller pods, where treatment blends individual therapy with group and family work.

Heal the System, Not Just the Symptoms

Treatment is built around the belief that teens don’t heal in a vacuum. Their approach zooms out to the “bigger picture,” helping families understand what’s driving the struggle and how to build new patterns that work at home. They put their resources into a strong clinical team and an environment where each teen is genuinely known. And because they’re proudly in-network, families can access high-quality, evidence-based treatment without feeling like recovery comes with a high price.

Recover in Orange County

Set in Orange County near Angel Stadium, The Arrow House feels like a home-like reset. It is a residential space designed for up to 20 teens so numbers stay small. Teens have comfortable semi-private rooms to decompress between sessions plus the kind of built-in structure families hope for with a steady routine, staff nearby, and a safe environment.

Set Up a Home Routine that Sticks

The team focuses on setting families up for real life after residential care by tracking clinical progress with ongoing evaluations, recommending step-down care options when needed, and making sure teens and parents feel prepared for long-term recovery. The goal is for home to feel a reasonable next step.

Testimonial
It had been the hardest 1 ½ years of my life. My daughter overdosed and I knew we needed more help. Arrow House was that help. I called and shared our story. Courtney listened patiently asking questions and guiding me on the next steps. The facility was beautiful and very home-like. But more importantly, the staff there had expertise and were there because they cared about our kids. I loved the schedule, the activities that supported my daughter's physical and mental health, and the intense therapy. Arrow House was a safe and healthy place for my daughter to heal and to explore herself, face difficult feelings, and to then start loving herself. They changed our lives...not just my daughter's life, but our family. I am forever grateful.

Most importantly, the goal is to help teens rebuild confidence and feel capable again.

Strengthen the Whole Family System
Family Systems Therapy at The Arrow House helps families zoom out and look at the patterns around them. Anchor the Day with School and Support
Anchor the Day with School and Support
Teens ease into their days with breakfast and a healthy reset like breathwork, yoga, or time with a personal trainer. Weekdays bring built-in school time, then clinical groups, with space for equine, surf, music, art, and breathwork therapy, plus family-focused pieces and life skills. Evenings include dinner, an outside meeting or a group outing, and a reflection + wind-down before lights out.

Trauma
I had sent my 17 year old son to another residential treatment center 5 years ago, and it was a nightmare that only added to his existing trauma. My son is bipolar, alcoholic, and was completely out of control by July of this year. I had contacted the Arrow House in April so I had all the info on standby as I saw things spiraling out of control. When we ended up in the hospital at the end of June, I knew I had to get him in. I was so relieved they were able to get him in immediately. After 3 months in the Arrow House, he came home mentally stable and sober. In my home state and surrounding states there were no good, safe treatment centers. Everyone there was amazing, and really care about the kids and families. This place was an answer to prayer.
