With only 12 clients at a time, they take a highly personalised approach to treatment. Their team of internationally certified therapists provides the expertise and encouragement to help every client uncover the power to live a healthy and fulfilling life.
Engage in a Variety of Proven Therapies
The Diamond combines proven Eastern and Western therapeutic techniques in each client’s made-to-measure programme, delivering care in small groups and four one-to-one sessions per week. Therapies aim to treat not only physical symptoms but also underlying causes and triggers at the root. Clients engage in cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy to challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, and reflective practices like art therapy and beach walk meditation.
Recover in a Tropical Paradise
The Diamond feels like an intimate resort with private bungalows each outfitted with a TV, internet, fridge, air conditioning, and patio facing the swimming pool. Clients enjoy gourmet Thai and Western meals that cater to their dietary requirements. Gym and spa areas create opportunities for strength training, yoga, massage, and sauna. On weekends, clients can explore stunning beaches, cultural sites, vibrant markets, and outdoor adventures like seeing wild elephants.
Receive Ongoing Support Back Home
The Diamond offers free weekly Zoom meetings with other alumni and the option to continue one-to-one sessions with the client’s primary counsellor from treatment. They can also connect clients to one of their aftercare partners worldwide. In the unfortunate event a client returns to use within 12 months of discharge, The Diamond welcomes them back for a 28-day refresher course at no cost (for clients who completed a 12-week programme).
