They believe that the addictions, anxiety, or depression are often a coping mechanism for traumatic life events not being fully processed or worked through. Because everyone experiences trauma in their life differently, Guest House’s programs are highly personalized, offering a wide variety of treatment options. Treatments can include traditional talk therapy such as Group, Individual and Family Therapy, Holistic Therapies such as Meditation, Yoga, Equine Therapy, and Art Therapy, along with clinical therapies such as Somatic Therapy, Neurofeedback, EMDR, and Brain Mapping.
The treatment facility is led by Judy Crane, a well known and internationally recognized expert in the field of trauma treatment. The Guest House also offers an outpatient day/night intensive program treatment for those who are unable to commit to overnight stays at a residential facility.
