My individual counselor was inaccessible most of the time, and when we had one of my kids visit she set them against me more than they had been beforehand. Lots of roommate drama. The food was good; if you want to gain 20+ pounds in 30 days, go here.

I never got the feeling that I was cared for here. There was very little interaction with my assigned counselor, most of the day here was spent learning about the 12 Steps in a classroom setting. The counselors seemed like they were constantly overwhelmed and had very little time. I did benefit from the small groups but I received much better care at a different facility once I left here. I would not recommend coming here unless it is your last resort.

I was there for a month. I loved the people and staff. But had a bad experience with my counselor and no psychologist support at all. I’ve learned since about codependency, anxiety, depression, but nothing there. I haven’t been back since.

I am fortunate to have walked through the doors and stay for 28 days of treatment. I have learned a lot about myself and my addiction. I believe their program is beneficial to those of us truly seeking sobriety. Food was nutritious, rooms were comfortable. The staff is compassionate and helpful with all of my needs. My experience there has been very uplifting and I plan to stay connected with this amazing group of staff and alumni!

Some of the nurses were AMAZING!! Sadly, the doctors were deprecating and rude. The experience was much like being thrown back into high school and many people were bullied and it set them back. It broke my heart to see so many people that had hope for recovery end up feeling just as despondent if not more than when they came in.
