About WellBrook Recovery - Ohio
WellBrook Recovery - Ohio is a men's-only treatment center located outside of Cleveland, Ohio. They provide multiple levels of care to meet clients where they are at and treat only 9 clients at a time. WellBrook offers a wide range of evidence-based and holistic therapies, as well as specialized programs to address unique recovery concerns for specific individuals.
A Full Continuum of Care
WellBrook Recovery - Ohio provides multiple levels of care, including detox, residential care, day treatment (also called partial hospitalization), and intensive outpatient. Residential care includes 3 hours of 1:1 therapy and 30 hours of group sessions weekly. Day treatment meets 6 days per week for 5 hours each day, and the intensive outpatient program provides 10 hours of individual and group therapy per week. They facilitate medical supervision and treatment for clients going through detox. Case managers create aftercare treatment plans to help clients choose an outpatient program and coordinate sober living if needed. WellBrook also has an alumni program to keep clients connected in recovery.
Individualized Treatment
Clients work individually and in a group setting with staff throughout treatment. On-site staff include therapists, life coaches, addiction counselors, a nutritionist, a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and a clinical director. Clients engage in 1-1 therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. Therapists use a variety of therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement therapy (EMDR), and neurofeedback. Prosperity Haven aims to make treatment plans well-rounded by incorporating holistic therapies such as nature therapy, art therapy, and Reiki.

WellBrook Recovery - Ohio offers a comfortable space to focus on recovery and wellness. The 3,000 square foot home is set on 7.5 acres of green space. Men share bedrooms and can access plenty of indoor recreation space and a ping pong table. Outside, clients can enjoy nature paths, a fire pit, a basketball hoop, and a large porch. WellBrook Recovery provides chef-prepared meals and a stocked kitchen. Their small program size allows for frequent off-site activities.
