Great place to go and get the help you need if you want it. The best part about it all is the LIV Program. It gets you out of your comfort zone and makes you look into yourself. Troy not only inspires you to be the best you and love yourself but he has been there and done that. He can relate to where I was at and felt that comfort around him to speak and be myself and do hard shit. Greatest part of my journey so far is what the LIV PROGRAM and Troy gave me.
