Zinnia Exeter provides effective and proven treatment plans for patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders that often present alongside them. This center provides detoxification and gender-specific residential treatment. The team of professionals that treat their patients take a collaborative approach when formulating treatment plans. Addiction counselors, therapists, doctors, nurses and nutritionists take an active role in their patients’ recovery. When patients begin treatment at Zinnia, they will participate in medical care if needed, life skills training, psychoeducation on addiction, relapse prevention skills, 12-step or SMART recovery groups, individual, family and group therapy. The counselors at Zinnia are trained in evidence-based therapies along with trauma-informed therapies. After patients receive treatment, Zinnia provides thorough alumni support by connecting patients with support groups, outpatient therapy or sponsors. Zinnia is in network with many forms of commercial insurance.
